Milenial Melek Politik
November 2018
Milenial Melek Politik is the closing event of Pekan Sadar Politik Campaign that took place in Petra Christian University in August until November 2018. The event was conducted in the form of discussion forum, social media campaign, on campus campaign, and competitions. The goal of this event is to raise students' awareness about the importance of understanding and being involved in politics, and increasing the number of students who were going to vote in the 2019 Presidential election. This was the very first political education campaign ever held in our University and I was the one who initiated as well as leading this movement from end to end. I did everything from negotiating with the University, building my team from 0, budgeting, collaborating with other organizations to widen the impacts, creating the social media campaign strategies, and networking with the speaker. The results delivered was 250% exceeding my initial target and the same type of event is now held regularly in my University.

United for Others 2021

In collaboration with Samuel Christian, Amabel Kyla, and the committee team; Habitat Indonesia, Athaya Widyanata Indonesia, and Tangan Pengharapan.
United for Others 2021 is an annual community service program held by BEM Petra Christian University and BEM Universitas Surabaya. In 2021, we created an innovation due to the COVID-19 pandemic that hinders us from conducting it offline like the usual. We created disaster prevention comic-strips (collaborating with Habitat Indonesia), and learning modules (collaborating with Athaya Widyanata Indonesia under Prof. Yohanes Surya). The comics and learning modules were the being distributed to 5000+ elementary students all over Indonesia (Nias, West Sumatra, Jakarta, Central Java, Sumba, West Borneo, North Maluku, and Papua) with the help of Taman Pengharapan.
My role here is as the Steering Committee where I work in close relation with Samuel and Amabel as the head of the committee. My contributions were in proposing the event concept and guiding Sam & Amabel during the process (searching and networking to the right partners, solve problems, etc).

Kampung Binaan Mahasiswa 2021

In collaboration with Patricia Janice & the committee team, and Kampung Kerapu Surabaya
Kampung Binaan Mahasiswa 2021 is an annual community service program held by BEM Petra Christian University and Kampung Kerapu Surabaya (5-years contract). In 2021, we created an innovation due to the COVID-19 pandemic that hinders us from conducting it offline like the usual.
This year we helped Kampung Kerapu by creating several types of education card games for the children there who had stopped going to school since the pandemic (they don't have internet access :( ). We also created various, colorful mask design, printed, and gave them to the Kerapu people to encourage them to wear masks.
As the Steering Committee of this event, my contribution here was in helping to contact the Kampung PIC, proposing the basic concept of the event, and guiding Janice throughout the process.

HaloKarier Fest 2021

In collaboration with Stephanie Regina, Hardian Prabowo, Bella Alvina, and other HaloKarier Team members.
HaloKarier Fest 2021 is a 2-days webinar series about building a career in Branding and Communication fields with 900+ total participants. There were 16 speakers (Kenneth William, Veronika Utami, Raymond Chin, etc) from 10 different industries (Beauty, Education, Media, NGO, FMCG, etc), and 20+ media partners, including Narasi.
My contribution here was helping in brainstorming the big concept of the event, managing the budget & ticketing, becoming the official Contact Person, and writing & creating all communication documents needed.

PEKA Project
April 2021-Ongoing
In collaboration with BEM UK Petra and World Vision Indonesia
PEKA Project is a fundraising campaign to help Ildo Omerdis, an NTT child, to continue his education. The method is we transfer Rp. 200.000 donation money monthly for one year period. The project is a long term one and is still on going. I initiated this program with Ricky Ciputra, and worked on it with the help of Widi Wijanarko, Christia Aphrodita, and Silvia Gunawan.
